Two very small tweaks to the equivalency document, so I'll forward that on as well. Thanks! The Articulation Agreement proposal has gone through my Curriculum Committee and they have approved all proposed course equivalencies. The next phase of the process is the signature sheet. I will print out a copy of the proposal along with the various attachments and the signature sheet and take it to the Dean of our College, Dr. William Robert Bucker. The Articulation Agreement will need to be signed by both of us and then turned over for signatures to the next level of administrative authority. Once the Deans have signed then the sheet goes to our Provosts. At some point I will need to meet with you to get your signature on the form. After the forms have all the signatures we then take the course equivalency document to our Office of Degree Requirements so they may create a seamless transfer analysis in our DARS system. I cannot project a completion date, but it should be sometime after the first of the year. I imagine that students graduating in your institution this year will be able to benefit from this improved process. It has been a pleasure working with you on this agreement and I am sure our two institutions will greatly benefit from this clarified process. Thanks from my end for all your outstanding work. Best, Bryan Johanson, Director School of Music Portland State University
